Exploring Greek Pistachio Opportunities in Greece

Coffee Corner Group visited Greece in 2023 as part of its efforts to explore new sourcing opportunities in the food and nuts sector, with a special focus on Greek pistachios.

The journey began with a visit to FOOD EXPO Greece 2023, held at Metropolitan Expo in Athens from 18/03/2023 to 20/03/2023. During the exhibition, the group explored potential suppliers, food products, sweets, ingredients, and business opportunities that could support the growth of Nuts Corner and the group’s wider product portfolio.

Several months later, from 14/09/2023 to 17/09/2023, the group continued its exploration with a field visit to Aegina Island to attend the Aegina Fistiki Festival, dedicated to the island’s renowned Greek pistachios. The visit provided an opportunity to learn more about Greek pistachio quality, varieties, local producers, and potential sourcing relationships.

This journey reflects Coffee Corner Group’s commitment to developing Nuts Corner, exploring premium international products, and building direct relationships with producers and suppliers in the nuts sector.
